Our community is very valuable to us, and Tower Road Estates residents strive to maintain our property values, keep it safe and maintain common areas.The subdivision consists of 59 lots, though some have been combined into one residential property.  There is only one street in the subdivision and it  forms a circle  around the neighborhood.  The entrance and exits are gated.
